We capture these beliefs in our signature: “Empowering Imagination.” We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant who will report to the VP APAC - Finance Shared Services as part of our dynamic team based in China. Your opportunity The Executive Assistant to VP APAC - Finance Shared Services provides an advanced level of executive support to the VP APAC - Finance Shared Services. How you will contribute - You will contribute to the team by taking up following responsibilities - Managing the calendar of supported function head(s) and organizing meetings - Screening telephone calls and handling them when appropriate - Booking and arranging travels and accommodation - Sorting, distributing, filing and retrieving corporate records, documents and reports - Preparing Documents/Presentation - Monthly expense report management for function head - Providing support in arranging team meetings and events - Coordinating the travel schedule and assisting the logistics to visitors from overseas - Team annual leaves and calendar administration - Undertaking special assignments/projects on a wide variety of issues as requested - Performing other duties as required and/or assigned Who you are? - A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a personal assistant role at a senior level - Good English both in written and oral - Professional level written and verbal communications skills - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional, friendly, and cordial relationships with stakeholders - Highly details oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills - Highly resourceful team-player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently - Experience in organizing meetings, with travel and hotel accommodations, and providing general office operations support - Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively - Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook - Proven experience in a senior support role within Multinational Company would be an advantage Why work with us?
